Adecco Staffing is hiring **Mechanical Assemblers** for a leading manufacturer in the area. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
+ Assemble mechanical components and final products using hand and pneumatic tools
+ Inspect parts for defects and ensure completed assemblies meet quality standards
+ Apply special processes such as conformal coating and potting as needed
+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1+ year of mechanical assembly or related experience
+ Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and standard hardware
+ Ability to follow documented procedures and work independently
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical documentation

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
