Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Work Schedule

Position Overview

A growing engineering and construction firm is seeking an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to lead industrial wastewater treatment projects from concept through completion. This role involves client engagement, proposal development, design review, scheduling, budgeting, and site visits to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage wastewater treatment projects from planning to final execution

+ Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions

+ Develop detailed proposals to secure new business opportunities

+ Review and approve engineering designs to ensure compliance with project specifications

+ Create and manage project schedules and budgets

+ Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment design and project management

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit

+ Strong skills in project scheduling, budgeting, and client communication

+ Ability to write clear, persuasive proposals

Preferred Qualifications

+ Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

+ Experience with Bluebeam or Revit

+ Familiarity with construction and design processes

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Plainville, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
