Job Title: 2nd Shift - Finishing Operator
Job Description
Join our dedicated team that manufactures dental handpieces known for their exceptional design and performance. As a Finishing Operator, you will play a crucial role in assembling, packaging, and ensuring the quality of our products. This position involves testing, inspecting, polishing, buffing, and sanding various components to meet stringent standards, with parts as small as a screw often examined under magnification.
Responsibilities
+ Operate a variety of manufacturing machines, including CNC, grinders, and gun drills.
+ Follow procedures, work instructions, and job travelers to ensure the production of quality parts.
+ Record production time and necessary information into computer software.
+ Check parts, components, and finished products for cosmetic and functional defects.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in machine operating.
+ Proficiency in grinding processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
+ Capability to detect surface and functional defects using visual, tactile, and auditory senses.
+ Capacity to handle small parts and operate equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds.
+ Skill in using an eye loupe.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
