Job Title: General Laborer

1st shift

Job Description

Join our dynamic fabrication job shop as a General Laborer, also known as a Floater, where you will engage in various tasks across different areas of the shop. This role requires versatility as you will be working with a range of metal fabrication machinery as well as handling responsibilities on the warehouse/inventory side.

Responsibilities

+ Count parts and load/unload shipments

+ Help operate the machine and stacking parts

+ Lift up to 50-60 pounds

+ Support the machine by loading and unloading material

Essential Skills

+ Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

+ Ability to perform multiple tasks

+ Strong team player

+ Excellent attendance record

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ General labor

+ Proficiency with power tools

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment

+ Skill in packing

Work Environment

Work in a temperature-controlled environment during the 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM

The dress code includes pants, a t-shirt, steel-toe shoes, and safety glasses, ensuring safety and comfort.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Etters, PA 17319.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
