    Job Title: Robotic Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Robotic Grinding Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading metal materials to and from the robotic grinding machine. Additionally, you will conduct quality inspections on parts after they are processed. Your ability to work from blueprints will be essential to your success in this position.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload metal materials to and from the robotic grinding machine.

    + Conduct quality inspections on parts post-processing.

    + Work from blueprints to ensure precision and accuracy.

    Essential Skills

    + 4 years of experience as a machine operator.

    + Proficiency in machine operation, grinding, and programming.

    + Ability to use micrometers and calipers.

    + Experience in quality inspection.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 5 years of experience in reading blueprints and fabrication.

    Work Environment

     

    This position operates on the first shift, from 5 am to 3:30 pm, with the possibility of working extended hours on Fridays. The facility may be hotter and dirtier, but it is a laid-back and family-friendly environment where employees are treated with respect. Dress comfortably for a manufacturing setting.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Evansville, WI.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $45760.00/yr.

     

    Direct Hire

    Very laid back shop with a very understanding, mellow, welding manager

    Ability to work OT but not all the time. Good mix

     

    Family feel and positive working environment

    Competitive pay - up to $30 for welding

    True welding/fab role where will do more than just lay a bead. Will always be challenged and can get certified inhouse
