    _Pipe Layer – Site Work Construction_

    **Location:** St. George

    **Pay Range:** $21–$27/hour (Based on experience and skill level)

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time

    Job Description:

    **We are currently seeking two experienced Pipe Setters** to join our site work construction team. This includes one **Ditch Man** and one **Top Man** . Candidates must be skilled in operating a pipe glazer and installing pipe systems with proper drainage techniques.

    Responsibilities:

    + Install underground piping systems for stormwater, sewer, and water lines.

    + Operate pipe glazer equipment safely and efficiently.

    + Ensure proper slope and alignment for drainage.

    + Work collaboratively with site crew to meet project deadlines.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    Requirements:

    + Proven experience as a pipe layer in site work construction.

    + Ability to read and interpret site plans and grades.

    + Familiarity with trench safety and pipe installation procedures.

    + Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

    + Reliable transportation to job site.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + OSHA certification or other relevant safety training.

    + Experience with laser levels and trench boxes.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint George, SC.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
