Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description

As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our indoor team, assembling custom residential components with precision and care. You will utilize a tape measure, hand, and power tools to build components such as trusses, walls, and floors for new home construction.

Responsibilities

+ Measure and cut lumber and building materials.

+ Assemble wood framing components including walls, floors, and trusses.

+ Read and interpret construction and design plans.

+ Operate hand and power tools such as saws and nail/staple guns.

+ Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in construction or carpentry is preferred.

+ Ability to read and understand design/building plans.

+ Strong measurement and basic math skills.

+ Comfortable lifting heavy materials.

+ Familiarity with hand and power tools.

+ Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

Work Environment

The role involves working in a 100% indoor, production-type environment. Personal protective equipment and tools are provided by the company. The dress code and specific working hours will be communicated upon hiring.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
