    Job Title: Inventory Associate

    Job Description

    As an Inventory Associate, you will work primarily in the receiving area where raw materials are processed. You may also be utilized in the shipping area. Your role involves maintaining and managing the tracking system for incoming products, specifically raw aluminum materials, and ensuring their proper storage and transfer to various departments using a manual project management system.

    Responsibilities

    + Enter all products into a program similar to Excel for tracking purposes.

    + Inspect and report any non-conforming products upon unloading.

    + Monitor and manipulate data to provide information to plant and department managers on locating and retrieving aluminum sheets or various parts for outdoor furniture assembly.

    + Communicate effectively with all levels of management regarding raw materials inventory, department needs, and materials management.

    + Ensure high quality and attention to detail with incoming products to maintain the uniqueness and delicacy of the furniture.

    + Operate a forklift and pallet jack to unload trucks and deliver materials from the warehouse area to the plant floor.

    + Utilize hand jacks for moving furniture and raw materials; forklift training is available if required.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in cycle counts, inventory tracking, Excel usage, receiving, and overall inventory management.

    + Highly proficient in Excel and data/inventory tracking.

    + Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.

    + Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
