**Location:** Tonawanda, NY

**Pay:** $30-40/hr

**Shift:** 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Monday–Friday

We’re looking for a seasoned **Welder/Fabricator** to lead our 2nd shift team and bring high-quality craftsmanship to custom structural projects. •** **_What You’ll Do_

+ Lead welding and fabrication operations for overhead crane builds

+ Collaborate with a production welder and shop hand to meet daily goals

+ Perform MIG, flux core, and occasional sub arc welding on A36 steel

+ Interpret blueprints and oversee fabrication through finishing

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment

•** **_What You Bring_

+ 5+ years of MIG and flux core welding experience

+ Strong blueprint reading and fabrication/assembly skills

+ Ability to direct a small team and meet production targets

+ Willingness to work 2nd shift with occasional overtime

•** **_Bonus Skills_

+ Sub arc welding familiarity

+ TIG and stick welding experience

+ OSHA 10 certification

+ Surface prep, sanding, and polishing skills

+ Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tonawanda, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
