    Job Title:** **Line Operator | $17.50-19.50

     

    **Location:** Rock Island, IL

    Shifts Available:

    + 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    + 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    + 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

     

    About the Role

     

    Join our dynamic team as a **Line Operator** , where you’ll play a critical role in our production process. This position involves working on **Line 1** , which consists of four stations that rotate throughout an 8-hour shift. You’ll operate machinery, conduct quality inspections, and ensure smooth production flow.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate conveyor line to move blades through oven or furnace

    + Use hand tools and grabbers to transfer blades to the press

    + Manage cooling process by placing blades in a quench

    + Hang blades for painting and perform quality inspections

    + Rotate through stations during each shift

    Essential Skills

    + General labor and production experience

    + Strong critical thinking and teamwork abilities

    + Proficiency in measuring and attention to detail

    + Experience in assembly line and machine operation

    Additional Qualifications

    + Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts with station rotations

    + Capability to lift 40–50 lbs

    + Keen eye for spotting quality defects

    + Comfortable working in hot environments

    + Training provided for operating rhythm as part of a team process

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Island, IL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.50/hr.
