CNC Machinist / Assembly Technician – $30–$33/hr + Great Benefits

**Location:** Luxemburg, WI (20 minutes from Green Bay & Algoma)

**Schedule:** Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do

+ **Run CNC Machines:** Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision parts (Mastercam programming, G-code/Fanuc edits).

+ **Operate Additional Equipment:** Drill press, VMC, lathe, saw.

+ **Quality Control:** Inspect parts using precision tools and maintain accurate records.

+ **Assembly Work:** Build hydraulic/mechanical components, install hoses, cylinders, valves, and pumps.

+ **Collaborate & Adapt:** Assist other departments as needed and keep your work area clean and safe.

What We’re Looking For

+ 2+ years CNC machining experience (setup & operation required).

+ Programming/editing skills with Mastercam, G-code, and Fanuc preferred.

+ Hydraulic or mechanical assembly experience is a plus.

+ Strong blueprint reading and measuring tool skills.

+ Independent worker with attention to detail and troubleshooting ability.

Physical Requirements

+ Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

+ Frequent standing, bending, and manual tool use.

+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and machinery.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Luxemburg, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
