    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our warehouse team in La Grange. This role involves case picking, order picking, and building, with a focus on utilizing a sit-down electric forklift. The position is a balanced 50/50 split between forklift operation and general warehouse duties.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform case picking and order building following pick sheets and internal systems.

    + Operate a sit-down electric forklift to load and unload trucks, move pallets, and wrap skids.

    + Engage in order picking and building, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

    + Perform general warehouse duties, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2 years experience operating a forklift and working in a warehouse environment.

    + Proficiency in order picking and building.

    + Strong computer skills for documentation and internal system operations.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bilingual abilities are a plus.

    + Experience with hand tools and power tools is beneficial.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broadview, IL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
