    Are you looking to apply your revenue cycle expertise in a position that makes an impact in the healthcare industry? Robert Half is seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Analyst for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing healthcare organization.

     

    This key role ensures the financial sustainability of healthcare operations by analyzing and optimizing billing, insurance claims, and payment processes.     Responsibilities:

    + Analyze and improve all aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient access, billing, coding, claims management, and collections processes.

    + Review and ensure insurance claim submissions meet payer requirements while identifying and addressing denied or delayed claims.

    + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue cycle metrics, delivering reports to support data-based decision-making.

    + Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to enhance workflows and reduce revenue cycle inefficiencies.

    + Stay current with healthcare regulations and payer policies, ensuring compliance across all processes.

    + Train and mentor staff on revenue cycle best practices and system enhancements, as needed.

    Requirements

    + Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of revenue cycle management or related experience, particularly in healthcare settings.

    + Technical Skills: Proficiency with healthcare revenue cycle management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and MS Excel for reporting/analysis.

    + Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment; demonstrated collaboration skills.

    + Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and regulatory compliance standards (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid).
