    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Is responsible for promoting, leading and monitoring the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment approach in line with the Group's primary value, Safety, Ethic’s and organizational related policies.

     

    Education and Experience

     

    + High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.

    + Level 1 certified NC D.O.T. or SC D.O.T certification preferred.

     

    Required Skills, Qualifications & Compentencies

     

    + To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. To perform this job the employee will be required to attend and obtain certification required to meet each State certification protocol.     + Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or D.O.T. specifications. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, employees and the general public.

    + Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry

    + Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

    + The employee may be required to work in locations within the Piedmont region and may also be required to work at locations throughout the REEVES organization.
