Summary:

The Enterprise Business Intelligence Lead – Asset Finance will lead the transformation of Asset Finance data into actionable insights that directly inform business strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role may lead a team of analysts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Establishes strategic plans that are in support of corporate goals and objectives.

+ Implements new policies and procedures to make the area more efficient and in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

+ Acts as a liaison with other departments and/or divisions.

+ Resolves issues that are strategic, or compliance related.

+ Provides directions in the establishment of new policies, procedures and technology.

+ Monitors, analyzes and reports on the area productivity to senior management.

+ Prepares, monitors, controls and reports on the area's performance.

+ Own the end-to-end strategy for business intelligence initiatives

+ Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all reporting platforms

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 5+ years of business intelligence experience in financial services

+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SQL

+ Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Preferred:

+ Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives.

+ Understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies - includes knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and data integration techniques.

+ Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Adaptability in a fast-paced environment .

+ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

+ Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.

+ Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and ability to re-prioritize as appropriate.

+ Ability to think strategically.

+ Understanding of Project Management methodologies.

Compensation Range:

$102,000 - $208,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
