Job Title: Project Coordinator

Type: 4 month Contract

Compensation: $38.00 - $41.00 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid

System One is currently seeking a Project Coordinator on an 11 month contract position located in Arvada, CO.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

+ High volume billing on a daily basis

+ Working with work orders and POs

+ Up to 100 entries depending on the workload

+ Consistent communication and follow-up with Project Managers

+ Weekly vendor meetings

+ Research work orders and PO errors

+ Multiple communications with job runners, PMs and coordinators

+ PO and work order resolution

Project Coordinator Requirements:

+ Great Excel spreadsheet knowledge

+ Microsoft 365 Office

+ Experience with work order and PO through SAP
