Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect with 12 + years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Informatica MDM Entity360 IDD and Active VOS. This role involves designing and implementing data management solutions focusing on MDM architecture.

Responsibilities

+ **Design and implement comprehensive data management solutions using Informatica MDM Entity360 and IDD to enhance data quality and accessibility.**

+ **Oversee the integration of Informatica Active VOS to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.**

+ **Provide technical expertise in MDM architecture to ensure robust and scalable data solutions.**

+ **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management strategies with business objectives.**

+ **Develop and maintain the MDM Hub Console to support data governance and compliance initiatives.**

+ **Lead the evaluation and selection of data management tools and technologies to optimize system performance.**

+ **Ensure data integrity and consistency across various platforms by implementing best practices in data management.**

+ **Conduct regular assessments of data management processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.**

+ **Support the development of data management policies and procedures to enhance data security and privacy.**

+ **Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower team members with knowledge of MDM tools and techniques.**

+ **Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of data management practices.**

+ **Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.**

+ **Contribute to the company's mission by ensuring that data management solutions drive business growth and societal impact.**

Qualifications

+ **Possess extensive experience in Informatica MDM Entity360 and IDD demonstrating a deep understanding of data management principles.**

+ **Have a strong background in Informatica Active VOS showcasing the ability to integrate and automate business processes effectively.**

+ **Demonstrate expertise in MDM architecture with a proven track record of designing scalable and robust data solutions.**

+ **Exhibit proficiency in using the Informatica MDM Hub Console for data governance and compliance.**

+ **Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.**

+ **Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.**

Certifications Required

Informatica Certified MDM Specialist Data Management Professional Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $102k - $160k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
