CTG is seeking a Technical Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support across manufacturing, engineering, and support teams. You’ll ensure test processes are manufacturable, repeatable, and meet high-quality standards, supporting IBM processes and customer requirements.

**Location:** Poughkeepsie, NY

**Duration:** Ongoing contract

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support fabrication and fulfillment test processes, ensuring quality and repeatability.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements and resolve technical issues.

+ Maintain accurate records and report process or technical concerns.

Requirements:

+ Manufacturing experience with knowledge of power/mainframe hardware and test applications.

+ Understanding of manufacturing processes, logistics, and inventory control.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditions.

+ High school diploma required; technical certifications or associate degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

+ Able to sit or stand for extended periods; occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
