Quality Control Technician

Overview
This role ensures that every product leaving the production line meets high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation. The technician will conduct detailed inspections, document findings, and collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
+ Inspect products at various stages of production (pre-wash and post-finish)
+ Verify visual and structural quality, including patterns and fine details
+ Document findings, track recurring issues, and maintain quality control logs
+ Provide feedback and suggestions to the product team for improvement
+ Manage and process failed orders, including documentation and resolution
+ Collaborate with production teams to prevent defects and ensure timely corrections
Qualifications
+ Experience in quality control, production, or manufacturing (footwear or garment experience is a plus but not required)
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
+ Basic understanding of workflow documentation and pattern tracking
+ Effective communication skills for reporting and team collaboration
+ Organized, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving
+ Located in or near Austin, TX

**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
