Job Title: Electrical Inspector - HB2
Job Description
As a QC Electrical Inspector, you will be responsible for testing, inspecting, and documenting the inspection of electrical components or assemblies used in the manufacturing of aircraft interior parts at all stages of the production process.
Responsibilities
+ Use electrical standard measuring equipment such as Ohm Meter, Power supply, Multimeter, and hypot dielectric.
+ Interpret and read blueprints & engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate part manufacturing.
+ Inspect, test, and document the incoming receiving testing of electrical parts or components used in aircraft interior assemblies.
+ Test for defects such as assembly, soldering, crimping, wire stripping, and bonding.
+ Write inspection reports and Non-conformance reports.
+ Ensure quality standards are understood and maintained.
+ Document the testing of aircraft interior electrical products and components at various stages of production for dimensional, electrical, and mechanical characteristics.
+ Inspect and calibrate precision measuring equipment used to measure electrical characteristics using NIST traceable calibration standards.
+ Inspect and document electrical products for proper packaging for shipment.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in using electrical standard measuring equipment like Ohm Meter, Power supply, Multimeter, and hypot dielectric.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams.
+ Experience in writing inspection and Non-conformance reports.
+ Understanding of quality standards and maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Aerospace experience is preferred but not required.
+ High School Diploma is required.

The work takes place in a very large, clean manufacturing environment. The company manufactures products for the interiors of Boeing 737 aircrafts, including galleys, closets, lavatories, floor panels, class dividers, and sidewalls.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington Beach, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
