As a **Machine Operator** , you'll play a critical role in the production of personalized credit and debit cards, ensuring quality and accuracy at every stage.

Position Overview

+ **Job Title:** Machine Operator – Emboss

+ **Pay Rate:** $20.33/hour

+ **Shift:** 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

+ **Start Date:** October 6

+ **Breaks:** 30-minute unpaid lunch break

+ **Location:** Indianapolis, IN

What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll be trained on specialized production equipment and become an essential part of our high-volume, high-quality manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate machines to produce and personalize credit/debit cards

+ Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment

+ Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product accuracy

+ Stage materials post-production for warehouse pickup

+ Cross-train in other production departments as needed

+ Stay adaptable as production needs and job volumes shift

Qualifications

Required:

+ Basic computer skills for data entry

+ Strong communication in spoken and written English

+ Ability to perform basic math calculations

+ Physically able to stand for 95% of the shift and lift up to 40 lbs unassisted

+ Comfortable with reaching, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and frequent bending

+ Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as required

Preferred:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (or related work/military experience)

+ 1 year in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment

+ Prior experience operating production machinery

**Pay Details:** $20.33 per hour
