Summary:
As a Program Manager at Meta, you will provide strategic leadership and end-to-end ownership of complex, high-impact programs within our compensation domain. You will drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of initiatives such as the annual Compensation Cycle, Transfer Freeze, and the migration of our compensation systems to a new platform. In this role, you will coordinate and influence cross-functional teams, manage executive stakeholder expectations, and ensure quality throughout the program lifecycle.

Compensation Business Systems Program Manager Responsibilities:
1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders
2. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
3. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, proactively communicating progress, risks, and dependencies
5. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
6. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
7. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, milestone schedules, and track program milestones, deliverables, and critical paths
8. Lead change management efforts, including communications, training, and adoption strategies for new compensation systems and processes
9. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks. Resolve complex issues and escalate as appropriate to ensure program success
10. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
11. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
12. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
13. Motivate project team members and contractors and influence them to take action and accountability for their assigned work
14. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
Minimum Qualifications:

15. Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
16. Proven program management experience (7+ years) in a large-scale, matrixed organization, within technology, HR, or compensation systems
17. Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs with significant business impact
18. Demonstrated experience in influencing and driving alignment among various stakeholders, including executive leadership and cross functional partners
19. Experience managing large-scale system migrations or implementations
20. Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience managing competing priorities in a time-sensitive, ambiguous environment
21. Demonstrated communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing leaders
22. Experience of consistently working under your own initiative, proactive, and experienced in navigating change and ambiguity
23. In depth familiarity with project management software
24. Experience of consistently working under your own initiative and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
25. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills
26. Experience in interpreting communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
27. Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
28. Experience in defusing tension among project teams, should it arise
29. Demonstrated experience in learning, understanding, and applying new technologies
30. Customer service skills are an asset
31. Experience in effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a time-sensitive environment is crucial

Public Compensation:
$122,000/year to $177,000/year + benefits
