+ **Schedule:** 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM _(Saturdays as required)_

+ **Environment:** On-site manufacturing setting

What’s a typical day as a General Utility Associate? You will:

+ Set up molds and read job travelers to understand production requirements.

+ Identify and apply the correct film for molds and change rolls when needed.

+ Operate foam spray injectors to accurately fill molds with the proper foam amount.

+ Adjust foam levels based on product specifications and mold type.

+ Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards.

+ Assist with mold changeovers and monitor production efficiency (target: 80% or higher).

+ Maintain and clean foam guns, ensuring smooth operation.

+ Track and report waste, defects, and process deviations.

+ Perform trimming, product finishing, and general floor coordination tasks.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, removing scrap and debris as needed.

+ Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with production leads.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

+ A **High School Diploma or GED** .

+ **2 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience** _(foam experience a plus)_ .

+ Basic reading, writing, and computer skills.

+ Ability to read job travelers and production specifications.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new skills.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

+ **Steel-toed boots required** (other PPE provided onsite).
