Admin/Office Assistant

Duration: 3 months contract
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Schedules and coordinates interviews and manage the interview schedule
+ Maintain employee files, Making phone calls
+ Create employee badges and activate them
+ Perform general administrative work in support of the HR department
+ Create employee folders for new hires, assist payroll ,preparing documents for Orientation
+ Assist in coordinating holiday parties and employee engagement events
+ Calling terminated employees for exit interviews
+ Office upkeep/improvements, updating communication boards
+ Maintain I-9 Files, paying invoices as needed
+ Assist with general employee issues and Call Center tickets
+ Sorting paychecks and preparing signature sheet
+ Enter and track HR invoices in Coupa and track HR expenses
+ Manage MVR and DOT folder compliance
+ Payroll edits: Include bonus pay, PTO and time-card corrections, incentive files, awards, and recognition administration
+ Overseeing timesheets, unscheduled time, and deduction tracking, garnishments, tax forms
+ Update and distribute Tip Report accordingly
Qualifications:
+ Associate’s degree or equivalent
+ Computer skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, email
+ Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences, both large and small
+ Excellent organizational and planning skills
+ Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, not required
