What You'll Be Doing

+ Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials within the quarry or plant site.

+ Perform pre-shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly.

+ Follow site safety protocols and traffic patterns to ensure safe operations.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

+ Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support production.

What Are We Looking For

+ Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment.

+ Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition.

+ Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.

+ Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
