Description:

**Trinity Health Of New England** a is looking for a **Women’s Health Concierge** to join our Comprehensive **Women’s Health Center** .

**The Women’s Health Concierge** is an administrative support position who provides patient care coordination by serving as a liaison between the patient and the practitioners and services she may require. The Women’s Health Concierge plays a critical role in the patient experiences and acts as a patient advocate, provides patient and family education, and coordinates all aspects of care to assure the provision of seamless comprehensive services.

What will you do:

+ Become an integral part of the organizations commitment to provide holistic patient centered care for women.

+ Optimizes patient services and collaborates with the team to create a patient centered environment.

+ Provide expertise in the operations and systems of the health center to promote and maintain health and wellbeing in women.

+ Monitors and manages the patient referrals.

+ Schedules appointments for procedures, surgeries and diagnostic testing

+ Answers phones for the Women’s Health Center

Minimum Qualifications

+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Two to four (2-4) years in a healthcare related field preferred.

+ Must be able to set and organize own work priorities and adapt to them as they change frequently.

+ Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that may be stressful with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles.

+ Must be able to take initiative and work well independently with minimal supervision.
