Our client, a leading organization in the data center and energy management industry, is seeking a Data Center Energy Marshal 5 to join their team. As a Data Center Energy Marshal 5, you will be part of the operations team supporting electrical safety, compliance, and efficient energization processes. The ideal candidate will either have a Journeyman or Master Electrician license and NFPA-70 experience, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Goodyear, AZ
Pay Range: $64.97-$71.47 Hourly
What's the Job?
+ Review and approve all planned electrical work, energization requests, and lockout/tagout permits before field activities commence.
+ Verify isolation points in the field, inspect panels, and ensure energized work boundaries are properly identified and controlled.
+ Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and operations teams to manage safe energization sequences.
+ Resolve electrical safety concerns and ensure full compliance with organizational and NFPA standards.
+ Maintain detailed documentation and communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in electrical safety procedures.
What's Needed?
+ Experience in electrical safety, lockout/tagout procedures, and energization processes.
+ Knowledge of NFPA standards and electrical safety protocols.
+ Ability to verify and inspect electrical panels and isolation points accurately.
+ Strong communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and document safety procedures.
+ Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety standards at all times.
