Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Charlotte, NC

**Pay Range:** $30.8

Shift:

What's the Job?

+ Maintain and repair equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.

+ Adhere to governmental regulatory programs and safety procedures, including Lock-Out - Tag-Out, Arc Flash, and Hot Work Permits.

+ Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, corrective repairs, and equipment rebuilds.

+ Utilize predictive maintenance technologies such as ultrasound, thermal imaging, oil analysis, and vibration analysis to identify failures early.

+ Interpret technical documents including manuals, blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and governmental regulations.

+ Experience with mechanical, electrical, and building systems maintenance.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Willingness to attend training and stay updated with industry changes.

+ Ability to work overtime as required to support plant operations.
