    About the Role

    Join a dynamic team where your ideas and technical skills will directly influence how communities receive reliable power. As an Entry-Level Engineer, you’ll bridge customer needs with innovative design solutions, playing a key role in modernizing electrical distribution systems.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and design improvements that make a real difference.

    + Use cutting-edge proprietary design software to create and implement solutions.

    + Manage requests from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution in the field.

    + Split your time between engaging with customers (40%) and applying your design expertise in the office (60%).

    + Apply your electrical knowledge to design systems involving transformers, conductors, and distribution networks.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (EET, MET, CET).

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Professional communication and presentation abilities.

    + A passion for working within a large utility environment.

    + Previous experience in distribution design is a plus—but not required.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.50/hr.
