**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

**Pay:** $18.50 per hour

Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher** to join a well-known logistics company in **Fife, WA** . This is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with full-time hours and the potential for long-term placement.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems

+ Dispatch drivers and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner

+ Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics and dispatch activities

+ Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate as needed

+ Work closely with warehouse and operations staff to ensure smooth workflow

+ Perform data entry and utilize logistics software to manage daily tasks

Requirements:

+ Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or logistics preferred

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Comfortable with computers and basic office software

+ Dependable with good attendance and punctuality

+ Must be able to work the designated shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
