    Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Collections Specialist in Tempe, AZ** .

     

    **Pay rate:** $19/hr

    Shift: Mon – Sun, 8a-9p, Will be scheduled for an 8 hour shift during those hours, must have open availability

    **Temp to perm (** $22/hr upon conversion)

    Job Description:

    + Collect on delinquent accounts. Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay.

    + Ensure that all delinquent accounts and assigned queues have been thoroughly worked according to standardized collection procedures.

    + Ensure that appropriate letters are sent to debtors.

    + Process customers payments through electronic draft, if applicable.

    + Process account maintenance transactions according to established guidelines

    Requirements:

    + 12+ months of collections experience

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Strong communication skills

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
