Position Summary

The Facility Services Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and support of facility, infrastructure, and material handling equipment within the Distribution Center.

Job Responsibilities

+ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and CVS policies

+ Prepare and manage cost controls while adhering to established budgets

+ Identify and implement opportunities to enhance safety and operational performance within the facility and its material handling systems

+ Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

+ Effectively multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

+ Lead a team of technical and mechanical specialists, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance

+ Exhibit strong emotional intelligence, collaboration, and influence across teams

+ Maintain positive engagement and leadership presence throughout the operation

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum 2 years experience of facility operations and equipment management including implementing process improvements, effective workflow management, and implementing preventative maintenance programs

+ Leadership experience

+ Experience with maintenance practices of critical operating equipment including LOTO, hazard identification and appropriate PPE requirements

+ Experience computerized maintenance management, procurement and service ticket systems

Preferred Qualifications

+ Engineering degree or background (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical)

+ OSHA certifications (10, 30, 50)

+ Additional certifications in Industrial Safety or First Aid

+ Competency in Ariba Procurement and Service Channel systems

+ Fluent in the Microsoft Suite of product as well as AutoCad

+ Understanding of conveyor controls and technologies

+ Strong analytical capabilities using tools such as CMMS and SAP

+ Subject matter expertise in powered industrial equipment

+ Bachelors Degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
