Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper for one of our leading clients. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing day-to-day financial transactions and supporting accounting processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, credit card entries).

+ Maintain and update general ledger accounts.

+ Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

+ Assist with payroll processing and expense reporting.

+ Manage vendor and client invoicing, collections, and payments.

+ Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities.

+ Collaborate with accountants, auditors, and internal teams to ensure financial integrity.

+ Help prepare documents and schedules for audits as required.

+ Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Requirements

+ Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.

+ Proficient with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.) and Excel.

+ Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

+ High level of integrity and confidentiality with sensitive information.

+ Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and with teams.

+ Associate degree in accounting or business preferred; relevant certification a plus.
