Job Title: Assistant Operator - 3rd Shift

Job Description

Join our team as an Assistant Operator where you will support a machine operator within a dynamic team environment. You will be trained in every aspect of the converting process and will have the opportunity to advance to a lead operator role. The role involves an 8-hour shift where you will be on your feet in a temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

+ Assist the machine operator in daily operations.

+ Participate actively in the converting process.

+ Ensure quality control through inspection tasks.

+ Operate machinery including rewind and forklift operations.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Essential Skills

+ At least 6 months of previous manufacturing experience within the last 2 years.

+ Ability to lift 30 pounds consistently.

+ Capability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and rotate for an 8-hour shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.

+ A High School Diploma is preferred but not required.

+ Strong attendance record with positive references.

Work Environment

The facility is a newer building with clean, modern machinery and ample space for warehousing. The temperature is comfortably controlled, and while there is some noise, it is manageable. Hearing protection is available but not mandatory. Hours are from 9:00pm-5:00am Sunday-Thursday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
