Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operators for night, afternoon, and weekend shifts in Portland. In this role, you will operate industrial machinery to produce goods for clients across multiple industries in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating machinery as well as documenting production throughout the day.

Responsibilities

+ Operate industrial machinery to produce goods.

+ Set up machinery and ensure it is running efficiently.

+ Document production processes and outcomes accurately throughout the day.

Essential Skills

+ Strong math and computer skills.

+ Experience in production and machine operation.

+ Ability to lift 20+ lbs repeatedly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Work in a large open print shop with numerous printing machines throughout the facility. The environment is fast-paced, and casual attire such as shorts and sneakers is acceptable. The second shift operates Monday-Thursday from 3:30 pm to 2 am, and the weekend shift is from Friday-Sunday, 5 am to 5:30 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
