Job Title: Dock Coordinator - 2nd Shift
Job Description
As a Dock Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our inventory. You will be responsible for ordering inventory from vendors, securing shipment arrival times, and ensuring the quality of stored inventory. Your duties will also include updating inventory records, implementing loss prevention programs, and researching product details.
Responsibilities
+ Order inventory from vendors and suppliers, securing shipment arrival times.
+ Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products.
+ Perform quality checks on stored inventory and discard items that do not meet standards.
+ Update inventory count and maintain records to share with management and stakeholders.
+ Report discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft.
+ Implement loss prevention programs to prevent theft.
+ Obtain estimates and price details from different vendors to compare costs.
+ Research product details and test new products.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ year experience in production control.
+ 2+ years ERP experience.
+ 1+ year experience in record keeping.
+ Experience in scheduling shipments with carriers and trucks.
+ 2+ years experience in closing out production orders, data entry, material movements, logistics, and material handling.
+ Proficiency with ERP systems, SAP, and shipping and receiving processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience as a Material Handler.
+ Proficiency in operating a stand-up forklift.

Work Environment
Work 2nd shift hours from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday to Friday, in a clean, temperature-controlled facility that smells like French fries. The oldest equipment in the plant is only five years old, ensuring a modern work environment. Enjoy a standard 40-hour workweek with optional overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Allis, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
