Job Title: Foreman
Job Description
Join a dedicated team specializing in large-scale commercial services, focusing on framing, insulation, drywall sheathing, finishes, and acoustics. Our services are extended across Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
+ Build wall and ceiling structures, install insulation, and prepare surfaces for finishing.
+ Hang drywall, tape, mud, sand, and ensure smooth surfaces for a professional finish.
+ Work with sheathing and exterior finishes using materials such as FRP, EIFS, stucco, and metal panels.
+ Install suspended ceilings and acoustic panels efficiently.
+ Collaborate closely with foremen, drywall finishers, ceiling mechanics, and laborers to ensure project success.
+ Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain safe practices on job sites to ensure safety compliance.
Essential Skills
+ Strong understanding of commercial construction skills, especially in framing, drywall systems, and finishing.
+ Proficiency in leadership and carpentry.
+ Experience in project management and scheduling.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Strong focus on safety compliance and quality control.
+ Risk management and conflict resolution skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proven reliability on job sites.
+ Experience in a foreman role within commercial construction is highly desirable.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
