    In collaboration with Site & Corporate Leadership, the Financial Operations Manager is primarily responsible for facilitating Forecast and Budget updates for Inpatient Operations across hospitals, as well as each hospital’s monthly close process. The Financial Operations Manager is the primary liaison between Corporate Accounting throughout the close process. The Financial Operations Manager builds relationships with site department leaders through the Finance Department’s regular monitoring of financial results. The Manager guides and or leads the development and enhancement of ERP and other relevant financial reports, which could be used by finance or operations.

     

    The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, recruitment, retention, corrective action and professional development.
