Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with experience in sales tax compliance to join our finance team. This role includes processing invoices, vendor payments, and ensuring accurate project-related financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy. • Maintain vendor records • Process invoices and check requests • Verify and reconcile vendor statements • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions • Ensure timely payments while adhering to company policies • Maintain financial records related to project budgets and expenditures • Collaborate with project managers to ensure cost allocations align with budgets • Ensure proper tax treatment of vendor invoices and project expenses • Assist with month-end closing and requested reconciliations • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies • Assist with 1099 reporting • Support audits by providing necessary documentation Job costing Job accounting Sales tax experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
