    I am currently hiring Advisor Phone Support Representatives to a major financial firm for an upcoming start class early February. These are long term contract opportunities to work for an established Investment Banking Firm. Extensive benefits are provided such as health/dental/vision/401k matching, as well as licensing reimbursement for obtaining Series 7/63 licensing down the road.

    *Prior investment and/or banking experience is required*

    Roles are Hybrid (4 day a week in office, 1 remote) for those located in the following locations:

    Atlanta, GA

    St. Petersburg, FL

     

    Scottsdale, AZ

     

    Omaha, NE

     

    Schedule: Hours of operation for the department are 7am - 8pm EST; later shifts are awarded to those on AZ/CST

    Job Description:

    • Receives about 30-50 inbound calls daily; may occasionally need to make an outbound call if further follow up is needed

    • Common calls include money movement, retirement, technical issues, new account opening procedures, processing forms, navigation of new/current systems

    • Mainly calls with financial advisors, sometimes with clients

    • Receives calls from advisors, support staff, advisor assistants etc. And many times the calls are longer in nature and research heavy

    • De-escalate client/advisor situations (many of their advisors are sometimes elderly and have been in the industry for years and years and may call frustrated with system changes)

    • Assist with money movements

    • Set up new investment accounts

    • Work primarily through proprietary systems, but receive calls through Cisco Call Center, utilize Pershing as their clearing house

    Qualifications:

    • Must Have - 2+ Years Investment or Banking Industry Experience

    • Customer Service in a Contact Center Setting

    • Strong technical ability in navigating multiple systems

    • Ability to critically think and problem solve

    Highly Preferred Qualifications:

    + Candidates who have the SIE Certificate Candidates with a Series 7 or Series 63

    + Experience with systems such as Salesforce and NetX360

    + Education/Licenses Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Finance/Business

    + Series 7 or Series 6 License Preferred (Higher Compensation is offered if possessed)

    + SIE certificate Preferred

    This is a Contract position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
