Project Manager with Agile Champion

CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Agile expertise to lead and deliver key initiatives while driving Agile adoption across teams.
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ
**Duration:** 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and delivery.
+ Serve as an Agile Champion, facilitating Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile ceremonies.
+ Mentor teams on Agile practices and promote continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
+ Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Requirements:
+ Strong background in Agile methodologies and project management.
+ Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
+ PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
