Job Overview
We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our senior cooperative team at Becketwood Cooperative in Minneapolis, mn! This position will be responsible, under the supervision of the Property Manager, to assist in the overall office duties of the community and meet the programming needs of the Condominium Owners.
This admin schedule includes;
+ 40 hours every two weeks
+ Part time; Day shift
+ No weekends
Responsibilities:
+ Serves as a support for clerical tasks in assisting with daily administration of the Condominium
+ Serves as clerical support to the Board of Directors
+ Serves as point of contact for residents
+ Coordinates with the Social Committee on ongoing and new programs designed to meet the interests of the residents
+ Maintains professional and accurate documentation of Resident, Committee documentation and Building files
+ Develops the Monthly Calendar, prepare newsletter articles and flyers
+ Performs a variety of financial related activities
+ Performs other duties required by the specific needs of the property
Required Qualifications:
+ 1 year experience with property management
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Associate of Arts
+ 3 years of previous experience
+ Minnesota Real Estate License
