Supervisor, Analtyics & Application DevelopmentGrade 309This is a full time position, working from home.The minimum and maximum annual salary that Monroe Plan believes in good faith to be accurate for this position at the time of this posting are $80,604 - $103,634. In addition to your salary, Monroe Plan offers a comprehensive benefits package (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements) and non-monetary perks. POSITION SUMMARY This position oversees a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data analytics systems and business applications that advance the organization’s mission. Serves as a key link between technical development, business intelligence, and operational support, ensuring data-driven insights and efficient workflows across departments. Provides hands-on technical leadership, sets priorities, and guides solution design to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Develop applications and scripts using modern .NET technologies and development tools
+ Effectively utilizeVisual StudioandVisual Studio Codefor application development.

Develop and deliver analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders
+ Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards usingSQL, SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI, ensuring accuracy and performance.
+ Gather and analyze reporting requirements by combining user input with a deep understanding ofdata structures,health plan policies, andbusiness objectives .
+ Translate business needs into detailedreport specificationsand provide users with data-driven recommendations and insights.
+ Identify and utilize the most appropriatedata sources, metrics, and technologiesto produce accurate and meaningful reports.

Design, implement, and manage ETL and EDI data exchange processes
+ Design, develop, and supportdata integration and exchange solutions with internal and external partners usingEDI, FHIR, HL7, flat files, and API-based integrations .
+ Maintain acomprehensive understanding of ETL frameworks and EDI standards, applying industry best practices for data transformation, validation, and delivery.
+ Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimizeexisting and new data exchange workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance with operational and quality standards.
+ Collaborate withdevelopers, analysts, and business partnersto align integration solutions with enterprise data architecture and business objectives.

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Work cross-functionally with internal staff and external partners from diverse healthcare and technical backgrounds to achieve shared goals.
+ Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining strong organization, prioritization, and transparent communication with team members and leadership.
+ Oversee and guide developers and analysts in gathering, scoping, and structuring business and technical requirements.
+ Assess customer satisfaction with application systems and support services, identifying opportunities for improvement.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and prioritizationskills.
+ Experience with SQL, Visual Basic, scripting languages, and programming using relational databases and object-oriented programming.
+ Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in SQL (Microsoft T-SQL/PostgreSQL and data warehousing concepts
+ Familiarity with application development and life cycles (C#, .Net, Python and/or similar languages)
+ Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
+ Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA compliance)
+ Experience with EMR Systems (Casetrakker, Netsmart, etc.)
+ Soft Skills:
+ Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
+ Master’s degree in computer science or a health care related field.
+ Experience using AI tools, agents, and automation technologies to enhance system performance, analytics, or workflow efficiency
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
