Qualifications & Experience
• What You’ll Do
As a **Guest Experience Shift Lead** , you’re the heartbeat of our attraction — keeping our guests happy, our team inspired, and our day running like clockwork! ⏰✨
• Your Awesome Responsibilities:
• **Lead the Team** – Motivate and guide your crew to deliver world-class service that’s _guest-obsessed_ and full of smiles.
• **Keep Things Moving** – Delegate daily assignments, manage guest flow, and ensure every area of the attraction is operating safely and efficiently.
• **Create WOW Moments** – Handle guest questions and issues with care, creativity, and a sprinkle of LEGO® magic.
• **Coach & Develop** – Support team training, host development, and help everyone shine as customer service superstars.
• **Safety First!** – Make sure health and safety policies are followed so everyone — guests and staff alike — stays safe while having fun.
• **Lead by Example** – Jump in alongside your team in host positions when needed, showing how world-class service is done.
• **Grow the Fun** – Help with projects, audits, and engagement activities that make our attraction and team even better!
• What You Bring to the Team
• A fun, positive, and energetic personality that shines in every interaction!
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service, attractions, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience leading or motivating others in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A “can-do” attitude — ready to jump in, help out, and keep things running smoothly in a busy, exciting space!
• Licenses & Certifications
Ability to obtain any required certifications or licenses to perform your duties safely and effectively.
• Health & Safety
Safety is our top priority! You’ll help ensure all policies and procedures are followed to keep our guests, team, and attraction safe and happy.
• Working Conditions
• Must be available for flexible hours — mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving around the attraction for most of your shift.
• Work in a lively, colorful, and high-energy environment where no two days are the same!
