    The role you'll contribute** **:

    Assists with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider (Physician or Advanced Practice Provider).

    The value you'll bring to the team** **:

    Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts..

     

    Assists with treatments ordered by the provider under supervision.

     

    Orders and stocks supplies, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.

     

    Documents provider encounters with patients, including diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescriptions..

     

    Transcribes patient orders for laboratory tests, radiology tests, and medications.

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:

    High School Grad or Equiv Required

     

    Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required

     

    Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Required

     

    American Medical Technologists (AMT) Required

     

    National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Required

     

    American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA) Required

     

    National Center for Competency Testing-Medical Asst (NCMA) Required

     

    National Association of Health Professionals (NAHP) Required
