**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Crane & Tower Operators** for projects located in the **Oakland, CA area** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is **$38-42/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Crane & Tower Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

+ Operate ship-to-shore gantry cranes or yard cranes to safely lift, move, and position cargo containers between ships, trucks, and storage areas, following terminal procedures and safety standards

+ Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of cranes and related equipment

+ Report any mechanical issues, defects, or malfunctions to maintenance personnel to ensure continuous and safe operations

+ Communicate effectively via radio and visual signals with signalers, stevedores, and vessel crews

+ Align movements to maintain workflow efficiency and prevent collisions or damage during loading and unloading operations

+ Other tasks as assigned
