    Help at Home Hiring an Experience Client Access Senior Specialist! We offer weekly pay $26.00-$27.00 hourly.

     

    This is remote position and Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST.

    _Job Summary:_

    The Client Access Senior Specialist assists with direction of activities for Client Access team for an assigned market, resolves moderately complex problems and is accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of data generated by this function. Primary responsibilities include overseeing respective responsibilities of applicable client access functions and will assist in mentoring, coaching and training of staff. This position may perform duties across multiple markets and departments, depending on business needs.

    _Duties/Responsibilities:_

    + Ensure that client data is accurately entered into the system.

    + Complete tasks in accordance with payor requirements and agency policy.

    + Supervise processes by maintaining complete and accurate records.

    + Communicate with the state and managed care organizations for resolution of issues, if needed.

    + Make decisions and solve problems - analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution

    + Administer, company and departmental policies and procedures and take appropriate actions.

    + Manage day to day issues and problems, escalating in a timely manner as necessary

    + Assist in monitoring reporting tools to track key performance indicators. Reports results, trends and potential issues to Client Access Supervisor/Manager

    + Responsible for mentoring, coaching, training new and current employees to perform tasks and responsibilities more effectively and efficiently

    + Recommend policy and procedure changes after assessing and solving issues/concerns

    + Collaborates with teams across multiple markets to ensure consistency and compliance with enterprise requirements

    + Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    + Self-motivated; reliable; strong attention to details.

    + Strong communication skills, oral and written.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills; Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills under duress and in a fast pace; ability to function as a positive team member.

    + Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

    _Education and Experience:_

    + High School diploma or GED required.

    + Two (2)+ years’ experience of medical insurance, authorization, eligibility, or RCM required.
