    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    * The selected candidate will work in a team environment within the Vehicle Engineering IPT and his/her roles and responsibilities include:

    * Support electrical wiring team group with their design needs, support manufacturing with wiring integration, route cable/wiring harness in 3D environment in accordance with NG Standard and MIL-W-5088 or AS50881, design and release cable/wiring installation.

    * You will be a member of a multi-disciplined team in the Vehicle Engineering Department.

    * You will be working with a team of engineers coordinating with multiple disciplines to determine solutions to problems quickly and efficiently.

    Basic Qualifications for Electrical Engineer 3:

    * Bachelor"s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 4-5 years of experience in electrical cable/wiring harness routing on military and/or commercial aircraft, OR

    * Master"s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 2 years of experience in electrical cable/wiring harness routing on military and/or commercial aircraft.

    * This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret or Top-Secret Clearance as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. But it is not required to start.

    * Self-starter who can work with minimal direction.

    * Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

    * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS-Project, Visio).

    * Proficiency in technical communication, both written and verbal, is crucial.

    * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a team are often necessary.

    Preferred Qualifications for Electrical Engineer 3:

    * STEM Degree (Science, Technical, Engineering or Mathematical).

    * Solid modeling design skills (i.e., NX Siemens, Team Center Enterprise (TcE), CATIA, Solid Works).

    * Ability to demonstrate independent creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

    * Experience with designing and integrating components into larger systems.

    * Experience managing projects (schedule and technical performance).
