As a **Security Officer - Logistics** in **Contoocook, NH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your presence and professionalism will support the daily operations by maintaining visibility and providing outstanding customer service. You'll engage with staff and visitors, staying alert to potential issues while embodying the values of teamwork, integrity, and a caring culture. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for security-related issues.

+ Monitor for irregular or unusual activity during patrols and report findings according to Allied Universal procedures.

+ Support access control efforts by observing entry and exit points for visitors, contractors, and deliveries at the logistics and distribution location.

+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and clients to address concerns or questions related to security-related matters.

+ Document all incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
