As a **Security Professional - Utility Site Patrol Driver** in **Springfield, MO** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout a dynamic utilities location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment for everyone onsite. This is a driving position that requires a valid driver's license, as you will be responsible for monitoring designated areas and responding to situations as needed. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the utilities location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues discovered during patrols or while on post.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with client representatives, visitors, and other Allied Universal personnel as needed.

+ Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

+ Support access control measures by monitoring entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas as assigned.

+ Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while performing all assigned duties in the utilities environment.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
